Insertion of map title

Double-click on the area "Untitled" in the center of the map. "Root Node Setting’s dialog" will open up allowing various changes to be made like Title, Border shape and color, Font, Font size and color, and choice of Icon.
Type "Animal" in the "title" window using a keyboard and choose "OK" to open a window for a map entitled "Animal".

Adding Branches

Add "Terrestrial animals", "Fish", and “Birds" as a lower branch to "Animals"

To add a lower branch, always select a top-level branch and push "space bar"

When you push the "space bar" to add lower branches to "Animal", a dialog box just like the one shown below will pop up.

First, type "Terrestrial animals" and push "Enter" key or choose "OK", and a window will open showing "Terrestrial animals" attached to "Animal" as a branch
